Luna Club London is now Maya. When this guide first ran, Luna and Selene London were the two newest names on the West End circuit. Both are still trading: Selene under its own name, and Luna, also searched for as Luna London, Luna Mayfair or Luna by INCA, as Maya (also written MAYA), the club beneath Inca London on Argyll Street. We book both, so this page covers what changed at Luna, what Maya is, and how Selene compares.
Luna Is Now Maya
Maya occupies the space that was Luna, beneath Inca London at 8-9 Argyll Street, next to the London Palladium and a couple of minutes from Oxford Circus. It is a luxury lounge and members'-style club inspired by ancient Mayan culture, open on Friday and Saturday from 11pm to 3am. Entry is 18+ with photo ID, and the dress code is smart: heels for ladies, smart shoes and shirts for men, and no sportswear.
Maya is a new concept rather than Luna under another name. Luna's old prices, music and club nights belong to the previous venue and should not be read as Maya's. Guestlist and tables at Maya are by request through us, and table prices are confirmed when you book.
Inca London upstairs is open too: a South American (Nikkei) restaurant with a dinner show of dancers, acrobats and singers, with DJs as the evening turns into a late lounge. Dinner at Inca and a table at Maya downstairs make a full Friday or Saturday at one address.
Selene London: The Refined Option
Selene London prioritises sophistication: the interiors are among the most considered in the West End, and the crowd is discerning and well dressed. The music is hip-hop, R&B and commercial, delivered at a level that leaves room for conversation, and the room suits couples and smaller groups who want elegance over spectacle. Tables start from £800 (as of October 2026), and Thursday is the most relaxed night to try it. Selene is at 4 Winsley Street in Fitzrovia, a short walk from Maya.
